New z-stream pipeline

      We need to create a new z-stream pipeline which will run all tests for maistra and kiali.

      This pipeline will:

      • provision fresh OCP cluster in PSI
      • setup env
      • run maistra tests
      • run kiali tests
      • report results to polarion

       

      It will be triggered manually and via UMB after push to stage registry.

          1.
          		 Create or update downstream pipeline to run both kiali and maistra tests Sub-task Closed Critical Filip Brychta
          2.
          		 Create new OCP cluster by default in downstream pipeline Sub-task Closed Critical Filip Brychta
