Once we have a polarion uploader job we need to wire it to downstream pipeline [1] so the results are uploaded automatically.

AC:

• polarion uploader job is included to downstream pipeline [1] and it's uploading test results for selected test suites
• it should be possible to specify when we want to upload the results via a checkbox parameter
