We want to run all tests in a clean OCP cluster by default. The pipeline should provision new one before each run. Let's start with PSI cluster but also allow to provision AWS. Also OCP version should be parametrized.

But it should be also possible to:

• use existing cluster if set
• cluster should be removed after tests by default but it should be possible to keep it by setting some parameter
