We already have downstream pipeline which is running kiali tests - https://master-jenkins-csb-servicemesh.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/kiali/job/main-pipelines/job/downstream-pipeline/

And another pipeline running maistra tests - https://master-jenkins-csb-servicemesh.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/maistra/job/maistra/job/maistra-test-tool/

We want to update existing pipeline or create new one which will run both suites.

Currently we want to run E2E tests, maistra test tool and selenium UI tests. New cypress tests can be added later

Pipeline should allow to re-run just specific test suite.
