We need to create a new z-stream pipeline which will run all tests for maistra and kiali.

This pipeline will:

provision fresh OCP cluster in PSI
setup env
run maistra tests
run kiali tests
report results to polarion

It will be triggered manually and via UMB after push to stage registry.
