This Feature is to address issues with product capabilities in a disconnected environment.

The Definition of Done for this feature is when the scope of RHOAI functioning in a disconnected configuration - without manual workarounds includes:

      1) Ensuring all product existing functionality works as expected with a good user experience in a disconnected environment with self-signed certificates.

      2) Ensuring disconnected is the default mode for development and testing of all new functionality.

      3) Providing thorough documentation to enable customers to successfully set up and maintain a disconnected deployment.

      4) Ensuring disconnected is a regular part of QE test cycles for each release. New functionality must be verified in disconnected before it can be released.
