This is the parent JIRA for all infrastructure and automation tasks related to the set up of disconnected RHOAI environments.

• The child Epic JIRAs linked to this umbrella JIRA define the discrete automation tasks and deliverables needed to provide the disconnected environments to engineers and to automated test pipelines. 
• The Initiative JIRAs incorporated into this Jira define the discrete automation tasks and deliverables needed to test RHOAI and it components through automated or exploratory tests and in ODH and RHOAI nightly builds. 

When the child Epic JIRAs are closed - the automation for the creation of disconnected environments will be completed. 

As of March 12, 2024, when this JIRA Description was updated, the current set of instructions, including the automation that is currently available, to build a disconnected environment and to install RHOAI into it, are available here:
