= Downgraded support for four plugins

The following plugin has been downgraded from Technology Preview to Community support, and has been removed as an embedded wrapper. You can still use it via an oci:// reference in your configuration.

* roadie argocd scaffolder actions

(TODO: replace the plugin name above with the oci artifact references once we know the correct tag values after 1.10 RC.)

Goal

Per PM/Eng sync call on 01/12, we'd like to be more cautious about removing plugins we have decided will be reverted to a community support level.

This 1 plugin will remain as a wrapper and be removed in 1.10, after announcing the plan in 1.9.

Tech Preview in 1.8; remove in 1.10

Work to be performed for 1.10:

remove wrappers from the RHDH repo
provide documentation about how to migrate to the community versions (oci://ghcr.io instead of embedded wrapper)
