The following plugins have been downgraded from GA to Community support, and have been removed as embedded wrappers. You can still use them via oci:// references in your configuration.

* quay
* quay actions
* roadie argocd backend
* tekton

(TODO: replace the list above with the oci artifact references once we know the values after 1.11 RC.)

Goal

Per PM/Eng sync call on 01/12, we'd like to be more cautious about removing plugins we have decided will be reverted to a community support level.

These plugins will remain as wrappers and be removed in 1.11, after announcing the plan in 1.9.

GA in 1.8: remove in 1.11

Work to be performed for 1.11:

remove wrappers from the RHDH repo
provide documentation about how to migrate to the community versions (oci://ghcr.io instead of embedded wrapper)
