      The following plugins will be been downgraded from Technology Preview to Community support, and will be been removed as an embedded wrapper. You will still be able to use it via an oci:// reference in your configuration.

      Per PM/Eng sync call on 01/12, we'd like to be more cautious about removing plugins we have decided will be reverted to a community support level.

      This 1 plugin will remain as a wrapper and be removed in 1.10, after announcing the plan in 1.9.
