The core mounting location of the SDK will be through a component called AppInit. This needs to be brought over from the OpenShift SDK into in the core SDK.
Acceptance Criteria
- Copy the `AppInitSDK` code over to the Core SDK
- If any cleanup is needed, we need to identify that as it is in use in OpenShift Console's app.jsx
- Copy the `useReduxStore` code over so we can have a Redux store created behind this effort
- It'll be an empty redux reducer for the time being
- This should go into the `lib-utils` package – may need additional wiring to make it all go together
