SPIKE: Determine Alignment of OpenShift and the Dynamic Plugin SDK PluginStore

      The work to bootstrap an app & creation of a plugin store is changing with the core SDK. We need to be able to make sure all aspects of OpenShift Console bootstrapping is still going to be valid / replaceable with the NPM package.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Investigate the PluginStore that exists in OpenShift Console
        • Is it compatible with our new design in the core SDK?
        • Is it pluggable into the AppInit component?
      • Are there any other bootstrapping parts needed to get OpenShift Console going that we have missed?
