      We need to create a release of AppInit and the extensions in order to properly have an app bootstrapping release that can be used in apps to mount our plugins.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Once we have the AppInit (HAC-423) and the extensions (HAC-424) we can create an updated release
        • Should be an incremental release from HAC-425
