Most of the functionality behind OpenShift Console's K8s implementation is within' the k8s Redux Reducer. We need to have this functionality inside the Core SDK so we can use the associated works behind it

Acceptance Criteria

• Bring over the `k8s` Reducers & associated types, and then wire it into HAC-423's effort
  • If the effort is small, bring all other reducers and types; if not, we can handle that separately
