Deploy swatch-utilization into production

      In SWATCH-4003, we configured the swatch-utilization service to be deployed in ephemeral and stage, not production yet.

      This task is about to update the app-interface repository to also deploy swatch-utilization service into production.

      This should be done after SWATCH-3957 and SWATCH-3797 that ensures everything works fine in stage.
