      Design doc section

      Since it's a new chart, we need to make some changes for customers to be able to use it.

      We need to make final decision on whether to provide a tarball (like we did for the legacy ACS charts) or an OCI image (which would allow signing but not listing) or both.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Figure out how exactly the release procedure needs to change
      • Prepare the necessary tooling and infrastructure changes
      • Document the release procedure for 4.11
      • Draft user documentation for installation (migration will be covered in related tickets)
