Overview:

Users who deployed central components using either the manifest or the Helm installation method require clear instructions on how to migrate their deployment to an operator-based installation.

As long as the central TLS secret and the database PVC are preserved, the simplest and most reliable method might be to uninstall the central components and reinstall an equivalent installation using the operator.

Acceptance Criteria:

Some kind of tested procedure is necessary within 4.11 timeframe. Further improvements will be provided in the next release depending on time and feedback.
