Overview:

Users who deployed secured cluster components using either the manifest or the Helm installation method require clear instructions on how to migrate their deployment to an operator-based installation.

In the Secured Cluster case, the simplest and most reliable method might be to delete the old installation and create an equivalent one using the operator, since secured cluster side is mostly stateless.

Some kind of tested procedure is necessary within 4.11 timeframe. Further improvements will be provided in the next release depending on time and feedback.
