1. Proposed title of this feature request
- allow namespace owners to access links shown in alertmanager notification mails.
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
- non-cluster admins (as commonly used in multi-tenant environments) are unable to get further information of alerts without having cluster-admin permissions.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
- In order to extend the self-service experience of multi-tenant cluster environments, links to sources of alerts should be read-able by namespace owners (or got proper permissions).
