Description of problem:
The alert links (source link) in receiver notifications are either of this sort:
https://console-openshift-console.apps.<cluster.domain>/monitoring/graph?g0.expr=version%7Bjob%3D%22prometheus-example-app%22%2Cnamespace%3D%22ns1%22%7D+%3D%3D+1&g0.tab=1
or this one:
https://console-openshift-console.apps.<cluster.domain>/monitoring/graph?g0.expr=version%7Bjob%3D%22prometheus-example-app%22%2Cnamespace%3D%22ns1%22%7D+%3D%3D+1&g0.tab=1
The latest one is from UWM alert instance.
None of them can be accessed by a user that can see the alerts in developer perspective already.
We would be interested to have a user see this link without the need of a cluster role assigned to the user.
