In one hand to solve already reported issues from QE:

• OCMUI-1942 access requests shown in cluster list to not interested users closed
• OCMUI-1943 access requests for archived clusters shown in cluster list. To be solved by OCM-9048
• OCMUI-1944 access requests tab shown in cluster details of archive cluster To be solved by OCM-9048
• OCMUI-1945 access requests tab not always visible on cluster details not reproducible
• OCMUI-1948 Access requests details show wrong dates
• OCMUI-1949 Access requests details show wrong/missing justification
• OCMUI-1952 access requests tab of cluster details is shown if capability.cluster.enable_access_protection is disabled  not a bug

Other some minor suggestions from rblake@redhat.com

• allow some basic punctuation when making a decision. I suggest to allow at least comma, full-stop and apostrophe
• The Created At and Respond By timestamps seem to update each time I open the modal
• I suggest reducing the min-length on the decision justification to 1 char
• decision should be displayed for whenever a approved or deny state
