Remove 'tech preview' badges from Bare Metal (Multi-arch) and IBM Power VS (ppc64le)

      Not sure if this is the right Issue type but on the following page https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create there are two technologies that are no longer in tech preview.

      Specifically "Baremetal (multi-architecture)" and "IBM PowerVS (ppc64le)"can have the technology preview tag removed.

      Let me know if this needs to be logged somewhere else.
