Metal IPI console.redhat.com create cluster page doesn't actually link to metal IPI docs

On console
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to the console.redhat.com
2.Navigate to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create
3. In the cloud list, select the [Baremetal (multi-architecture)|Platform agnostic (x86_64)] listing.
4. Scan the instructions - nothing here links to the actual baremetal IPI installer documentation
Actual results:
Nothing links to the baremetal IPI docs
Expected results:
There should be a link to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/installing/installing_bare_metal_ipi/ipi-install-overview.html.
