Metal IPI for multi console.redhat.com create cluster page should be under Data Center tab

When you navigate to the create cluster page of console.redhat.com, you'll see a *Baremetal (multi-architecture)*. This is extremely confusing since there IS a bare metal IPI offering, but those are usually found in the data center tab.
Bare Metal (x86_64)
Bare Metal (ARM)

I believe the *Baremetal (multi-architecture)* tile should be moved to the Data Center tab and renamed to Bare Metal (multi-architecture).
