The problem can be reproduced when using registry.stage.redhat.io/rhel9-eus/rhel-9.6-bootc-image-builder:9.6 BIB image with registry.redhat.io/rhel9-eus/rhel-9.4-bootc:9.4.

The problem does not happen when using registry.redhat.io/rhel9/bootc-image-builder:latest{} BIB image.

The error when booting the ISO using virt-install.
