Run osinfo-detect before ISO boot tests

      In order to ensure virt-install works with our ISO installers, osinfo-detect must detect OS correctly:

      $ osinfo-detect /mnt/images/image.iso
      Media is bootable.
      Media is an installer for OS 'CentOS Stream 10 (x86_64)'

      Let's run this for every single ISO image we build in the CICD pipeline and error out early if that does not match. We might need to download latest and greatest OS info XML database from the upstream project in order to support latest and greatest OS versions
