Some of our ISO types: image-installer, (iot|edge)-installer, and the bootc installer image types write a kickstart and pass it through the cmdline in the grub kernel arguments.

When these ISOs are ran through virt-install it auto detects both initrd and kernel but starts the kernel without arguments. This makes Anaconda not do what we intended to do.

Figure out if we can put the kernel arguments somewhere that doesn't affect normal Anaconda configuration but does allow them to be discovered by virt-install.
