Add .treeinfo to ISOs for compatibility with virt-install

      Image Builder ISOs (including BIB ISOs) don't include a .treeinfo file. This file is used by virt-install to discover the path of the kernel at boot. It seems that recently virt-install has been failing to find the kernel in our BIB image, which is causing the issue in the linked ticket.
