Core to the way the SDK works, are extensions. We need these to exist in the core SDK so plugins can align and connect with applications who bootstrap with the SDK, thus allowing them to mount the plugin in question.
Acceptance Criteria
- Setup any initial extension foundation
- Move the already identified extensions over to the SDK
- Rename the definition name to `core.` (replacing the `console.`)

Plugin backwards compatibility will be handled in HAC-316.
