      Acceptance criteria:

      • Recurring updates shall be the first option and individual updates will be the second option when choosing an update strategy

      NOTES:

      • Double check: 
        • This will be true for all wizards and on cluster details?
        • Should top radiobutton be the default (Recurring)?
        • wgordon wrote: "This is what we want, but it will apply to Hosted Control Planes only"
