User story:

So that I can be more confident exactly when my cluster will be updated, as a user, I want to enter the update time based on my local time.

Acceptance criteria:

• The time entered into the upgrade strategy will be shown on the review page as local time in am/pm format.
• [technical] Data is prepared to be sent to the api in the current cron format

Implementation details

Major tasks:

• Upgrade time options will be local time in am/pm.
• Data sent to API will continue to be in chron format
• Time on the review page will be in local am/pm time (vs UTC)

Notes:

• PatternFly has a “time picker” that may be appropriate to use: https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/time-picker
• The design and microcopy have not been finalized yet
• This has an impact on day 2 operations inside the cluster settings tab
