We should use the AppInitSDK to properly bootstrap the startup of OpenShift Console. This effort will need us to create a PluginStore and provide to the SDK. Today, part of this was done before the effort was moved to the Core SDK; we'll need to clean that up some more.

Acceptance Criteria

Using the Core SDK package, import the AppInitSDK and replace the usage in app.jsx
- Configure the necessary props (note: not all of these will be used at this time)
Delete the console's instance of AppInitSDK
