There is an ever unknown bottom to the barrel of the SDK migration effort that takes components from the OpenShift Console code base and migrates it to be a pure reference within the console-dynamic-plugin-sdk. We need to know that bottom to effectively plan out related work and an overall roadmap to completion.

Acceptance Criteria

Investigate and report on the following:

• the remaining bootstrapping aspects of the SDK (PluginStore, needed extensions, etc) – what a new App would need to startup with the foundation of OpenShift Console's SDK
• Any components that we are unaware and what their dependency tree looks like
