Currently cnv-tests does not have any visibility to what is expected clusters capability. So it skips tests where h/w or installation has a mismatch with the test being executed. This leads to requiring manual check of test results.
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-50434 should allow cnv-tests to make the decision on run time whether a test is a real skip vs fail.
