Goal

Kubevirt provider is stable, easily deployable and usable without the need for additional workarounds.

There is a reliable automation that makes sure that no regression is introduced.

User Stories

As a OCP user, I want to the ability to quickly (and declaratively) spin up nested OCP clusters within my infrastructure using the hypershift cli on disconnected management clusters.
