Description of problem:
ExternalDNSImage is directly hardcoded into hypershift install CLI,
see: https://github.com/openshift/hypershift/blob/94092458fd77a0ae7f5d5126aa45fc03f9b74323/cmd/install/install.go#L51-L55
so it's not automatically mirrored mirroring hypershift.

2. check the status of external-dns pod in hypershift namespace

Expected results:
external-dns pod is up and running
