      As a WMCO user, I want to prevent WMCO upgrades when there are Windows Pods present on a cluster without their OS field set in their spec, preventing workloads from going down once UPSTREAM: <carry>: only chown if non-windows machine.

      Engineering Details

      Use OLM OperatorConditions to prevent the upgrade. You could potentially just check for the windows:pods_without_os_field:sum metric to be non-zero.

      Acceptance Criteria

      OLM does not upgrade WMCO when there are Windows Pods present without the OS spec field are present.
