As a cluster admin, I want a tool that returns the list of Windows Pods that do not have the OS field set along with their top level owner resource (deployments etc) so that it is easy for me to identify the resources that need to be fixed.

Engineering Details

The tool can be bash script that runs oc commands to discover the list of Pods and their owner resources or it can be oc plugin whose code can be reused by the operator to block upgrades.

Acceptance Criteria

A tool that customers can run to get the list of Pods and their owner resource that do not have the OS field set in their Pod spec.
