InstanceTypes are the default way to define new VMs from a base image. InstanceTypes definition includes only a single NIC and a single Disk. We need to create a template that can use InstanceType as the base, but can support multiple Disks and NICs for VMs that requires that.
We should have the ability to import or create new templates and deploy VMs from those templates to different projects (namespaces), based on RBAC.
Templates should be "independent" regardless of the way they were created.

We should have a way to manage (create, modify, and delete), clone, export and import templates

Note: The term "templates" is not referring to "OCP Templates". Instead to a generic VM templating mechanism.

      User Experience Considerations

UXD support needed, ideally early on. Added UXD component.
