Bookmarked VMs - or "Named Snapshots" (in-cluster VM template)

      Goal: Allow in-cluster bookmarking of VMs - or simply "Named Snapshots" in order to quickly reinstantiate similar ones later on.

      Why "Named Snapshots": With Golden Images we have the ability to deliver a golden boot volume to a cluster, but today, it's only one volume.
      With Snapshots, we permit to do all configuratoins in a VM - IT or fully API - onr or many disks, and it is cluster scoped. Aka it provides many more degrees of freedom than golden images.
