Goal

Common templates will be replaced by instance types. We have to make sure, the templates are marked as deprecated in 4.15.

User Stories

As an admin, I want all templates marked as deprecated in 4.15 ahead of their removal in a future release.
As a user I want it made clear that templates are deprecated in favour of instance types and the bootable disk creation flow in the UI.
