As a software engineer, with the completion of TRT-2073 I want to be able to persist the results of my artifact matches and link them with triaged job runs. TRT-1936 provides the initial postgres implementation for triaging regressions. It did not provide the implementation for linking individual job runs with triage entries. If that work has not been completed via a separate card then this card should include the ability to associate job runs with specific triaged regressions.

This work should include

• Creating the db table(s) necessary to allow job runs to be linked to triaged regressions if not already present
• Creating / modifying the db table(s) necessary to allow artifact match entries to be associated with job runs linked to triaged regressions
• Storing the relevant data for the artifact match such as
  • The matched artifact
  • Proximity entries like the 'n' closest lines around the match
  • Any other data that is necessary to identify / assist in storing, retrieving or interpretation the artifact match data and job run association

When complete the system should allow job runs that match artifact specifications to be persisted along with relevant match information for future retrieval.
