The Account API JSON endpoints should respond with the display_name of its admin_user for Portafly to fetch it

      The problem is that we have many different 'display_name' that mean different things and we even have them in the wrong place (this does not belong to the model).

      I intend to divide this task in different PRs because it is big in changes, therefore risky.
