      1. Buyers::Accounts::Bulk::BaseController should decorate the @accounts collection.
      2. app/views/buyers/accounts/bulk/_selected_accounts.html.erb receives the accounts decorated so it shouldn't decorate again.
      3. Test that the display_name is still rendered correctly.
