To run stage tests against the inbox needed to validate email population we need to set up an organization and user email to test against.
The goal is to create a new organization or use an existing one and add a user with a gmail token in the yaml to be able to send emails and then test against them.

There are already established tests in IQE to use while configuring the account. (test_utilization.py)

We also have this UI tool from notifications team to add users to the organization https://www.stage.redhat.com/wapps/ugc/protected/usermgt/userList.html

Acceptance Criteria:

• Organization is configured to receive utilization email notifications.
• Stage tests are running against the organization created.
