  Context

Work with UX and Documentation teams to create an enhanced, production-ready email template that replaces the basic placeholder template created in SWATCH-3874. This template will provide improved user experience and branding for notifications when customer subscription utilization exceeds capacity thresholds.

👉 Optional enhancement - placeholder template in SWATCH-3874 unblocks POC and technical work

Cross-team collaboration task - primarily UX/Docs/PM ownership with SWATCH input

Out of Scope

• Technical implementation of email sending
• Integration with notifications service APIs
• Authentication or delivery mechanisms
• Email automation or scheduling logic
• Basic placeholder template (handled by SWATCH-3874)

Acceptance Criteria

Must Have

• Enhanced email template designed for utilization exceeded scenarios
• Template includes all required data fields (org name, product, usage amounts, capacity limits)
• Content reviewed and approved by stakeholders
• Template follows Red Hat brand guidelines and email standards
• Improves upon basic placeholder template from SWATCH-3874

Should Have

• Template supports multiple products (RHEL, OpenShift, etc.)
• Clear call-to-action for customers (contact support, view usage dashboard)
• Mobile-responsive email design
• Accessibility compliance (screen readers, high contrast)

Could Have

• Multiple severity levels (warning vs critical exceeded)
• Localization considerations for future international customers
• Template variations for different customer segments

Won't Have

• Integration with SWATCH services (separate technical task)
• Dynamic data population (handled by notifications service)
• Email delivery testing (technical implementation scope)
