We should have some sort of visual warning for customers when they come to swatch pages but have misconfigured metering. 

The idea is that for the following cases we could put up some sort of visual alert with links to documentation on how to fix it. 

The specific cases that we can warn about in the GUI is u-sage being reported in a cloud account with no matching subscription in that cloud account

Question, should this alert be shown on every product page and if so, should it show a list of all misconfigured cloud accounts?

When the alert is shown, should it enumerate all the misconfigured cloud accounts?

When the alert is shown, should it show all misconfigured cloud account/product combinations or only those for the current product

Should this also be shown for non-consumption subscriptions that have no matching subscriptions? no
