As a UI maintainer I need to remove the left navigation items for RHACS and OpenShift AI once CCS/docs and QE give confirmations that they can be removed

Acceptance criteria

• CCS/docs has given confirmation
• QE has given confirmation
• Left menu items have been removed from configuration

Assumptions and question

• Both items will live as variants under OpenShift. The left menu navigation will simply select the correct dropdown item and give the correct product display.
