Red Hat OpenShift AI will cease to be in its own bundle and will be joining the OpenShift bundle w/in HCC. With that move, it would make sense to have the subscription usage page of OpenShift AI to become a "variant" of OpenShift usage section.

The stance we want to have is platforms be high level sections for subs usage and capabilities/features/services that lives on that platform are "variants".

This will be done in 2 phases. This is for part 1, to add OpenShift AI as a variant. It will be removed from the left nav, later. However, IQE should drop all left nav testing as part of this card.  

Also, is it possible to drop the "Red Hat" part and just called it OpenShift AI?
