Advanced Cluster Security will cease to be in its own bundle and will be joining the OpenShift bundle w/in HCC. With that move, it would make sense to have the subscription usage page of ACS to become a "variant" of OpenShift usage section.

The stance we want to have is platforms be high level sections for subs usage and capabilities/features/services that lives on that platform are "variants".

This will be done in 2 phases. This is for part 1, to add ACS as a variant. It will be removed from the left nav, later. However, IQE should drop all left nav testing as part of this card.
